Your satisfaction is our long-term pursuit and upmost concern. Once your package has arrived, we encourage you to open and check to make sure that the items that we made meet your requirement.
If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your purchase from tinyring.shop,you can return or exchange them within 30 business days.

General Return Process

Initiate a return: Please email us at [email protected] with photos or videos of the items and let us know your order number. Our customer service staff will determine the eligibility for your return request within 3 business days.
Ship the item back: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted). We recommend that you send your return/exchange in a shipping method providing tracking information as well as a signature, because we will not be responsible for lost return/exchange.
Refund or exchange: when we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item in 3-5 working days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.

Your order will be submitted to either replacement or refund if:
Your order did not reach your address within the expected time.

Your order has an issue of inadequate quality. Please note that any claims related to quality issues or garment defects must be filed within 7 business days from the date of receipt with full of clear evidence as below:

– Photo(s) of the inaccurate product delivered (in case of incorrect color from original order);
– Photo(s) of the size tag and the entire item when measured with a ruler (in case of incorrect size from original order);
– Photo(s) of the original shipping label of the product received.

Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method providing tracking information.

Non-returnable items
Damage/Lost caused by customers are non-refundable.
